Comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests, offering a Mexican king & queen sized beds.
We are located in a quiet neighborhood in a boutique condo complex which houses only 8 condos. We are only 3 blocks from the heart of San Pancho and an easy 5-7 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife on Tercer Mundo. Essentials are only steps away, including:

Please note: Casita Corazones and Punta San Pancho complex are not recommended for children aged 14 or younger. Thank you for honoring the tranquil environment we cultivate.
Please note that guests will need to walk up a wide staircase with 12 steps to access our casita, and another 15 steps to the rooftop pool. We do not have an elevator. Casita Corazones is located in a stand alone building, with just one other condo above us. We do not have shared walls.
For families with children or who are mobility impaired, our beachfront condo, Casa PAW, welcomes you. We are located ground level, with easy pool and beach access, and no elevator or stairs are necessary to access our condo. Casa PAW is well-equipped to welcome families with young children.
